And another year bites the dust! I can't believe this was my 8th year in a row. Yes, you read that right- EIGHT FREAKING YEARS. 

Every year I have gone has been wildly different than the year prior. This time around I was lucky enough to be invited by REVOLVE for #REVOLVEfestival. Without a doubt they have completely taken over the festival weekend throwing the biggest parties with performers galore. 

We stayed at the #REVOLVEhotel which was the perfect combination of retreat/party/amazing room service oasis. I think I ate my weight in breakfast tacos. 

It was amazing being around influencers from all around the world and the hardest working team I've ever seen. 

I'll never forget this world-wind of an experience. My body won't either...slept 10 hours the night I got home and still needed about 10 more. But so worth it.

Until we meet again Coachella. I always say this year is my last but I've learned my lesson to never say never!

Coachella 2017 with GUESS

Last weekend I conquered another Coachella! Lucky number 7 (I still can't believe I've been to that many). This time I ventured to the desert with GUESS!

First things first we checked into our house in Palm Springs and unloaded our massive suitcases. When you're not flying and there's no weight limit- I say bring it all! Tons of outfit planning and scheming quickly followed.

I instantly gravitated towards my GUESS eyewear and denim. The denim dress seen worn to death above fit like a dream!! Loved it so much I wore it to events during the day Friday and tweaked the look a bit for the festival at night. 

On to the eyewear! When you're in the desert sunglasses are very necessary with every outfit and another way to make a statement. I had three pairs on heavy rotation. I've always been a fan of pink/rose colored lenses but it was my first time rocking the blue variety. I must say...I am a fan! These were my go-to sunnies last weekend:

Each pair was the perfect weight, never slipped down my face, and added the right amount of splash to my looks.

Coachella: Lulu's Festival

I can't believe I am saying this but it's almost that time babes! Yes that is correct I am talking about the almighty festival season. I am getting the festivities started this year with my friends over at Lulu's! 

Finding the perfect outfit can be daunting. Trust me, I am not immune from the headache of crafting an on fleek fit which is why I weigh heavily on major online inspo. I also love/need/desire specific categories so I can really focus before my ADD kicks in! 

Enter Lulu's Boho Category- filled to the brim with rompers, dresses, kaftans, jewels, gems, and everything in-between. Basically your festival outfit dream. My advice to avoid being overwhelmed and really getting your ideal outcome is to go into the search with a plan. What colors are you digging this spring? What cuts and lengths have been your go-to's lately? What trends do you want to avoid?

Create a mental checklist and you'll be able to filter through the pages lickety-split! Tunnel vision my friends. This year I'm taking a different approach with my look than years past. Ohhh mystery. Stay tuned babes!
