Greetings from the Philippines! It is currently almost 1am and I am asking myself how am I still up? Unlike my vampire-like ways back in LA, here I have been sleeping well before 10pm every night. WHO AM I? As imagined, I have been eating like a maniac every meal. Filipinos really know how to feed a gal. To the point where being wheelbarrowed out of places seems not only convenient, but necessary.
Other than the amazing amount of food (do not forget the mangos!), I've been lucky to see so many beautiful places this country has to offer. A far cry from my first visit as a kid who did not appreciate anything. I'll be heading home to LA in a couple of days so these photos are fitting. This trip has wonderfully satisfied my wanderlust for now, but I also am excited to get back home. Now I just need to figure out how I am going to pack all these souvenirs.
